Napili Kai Beach Resort, Kapalua

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The room had a stunning view overlooking the ocean and beach, and the spacious lanai was just perfect for relaxing. The service was top-notch, always friendly and helpful. The location right on Napili Bay was simply unbeatable, offering a serene escape without the crowds. However, dining options could have been better, although the fresh coffee was a nice touch.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms had recently been updated and were equipped with functional mini kitchens, although the buzzing of the fridge was a bit bothersome at night compared to the sound of the ocean. The service was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. The location was superb, offering easy access to beautiful beaches, walking paths, and dining options. The dining experience was good, with the restaurant providing delicious dishes and nice views.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants. My room was newly refurbished, with a large private lanai that shielded me from the elements at midnight. The service was top-notch, especially Irwin, who went above and beyond to assist. The facilities were fantastic, and I enjoyed the well-kept pool area. On the downside, the price felt a bit high for what was offered.
